Raja86 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Raja86. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a member and Raja86 as the provider of an online betting platform. By registering, logging in, or using any part of the Raja86 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Raja86 is an online betting platform offering a wide range of entertainment services, including Sports Betting (badminton, football, NBA, e-sports, and more), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, and live dealer table games), video slots, and other game categories. All services are made available to eligible members in accordance with the conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please discontinue use of the Raja86 platform and contact our support team at support@raja86.best to close your account. Continued use of the Raja86 platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the Raja86 platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Raja86 strictly prohibits registration by underage individuals.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Sign Up on their own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Not currently on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Not registering from any region or country that restricts or prohibits access to online gambling services.

Raja86 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accumulated during a suspension period pending identity verification will not be paid out until verification is complete.

Each individual may only register and hold one (1) account only on Raja86. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method used. Raja86 employs advanced technology to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to:

• Closing all detected duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings accumulated across those duplicate accounts.
• Blocking the individual in question from re-registering on Raja86.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. This includes your full name as stated on your identification document, an active phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or inaccurate information during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Raja86 account password confidential. It is your responsibility to ensure no other party gains access to your account. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — remains your responsibility until you report it to Raja86.

Raja86 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

The minimum deposit at Raja86 is RM30 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set, however Raja86 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

All deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in the name of the same member. Raja86 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unrecognised sources or third parties may result in account suspension pending investigation.

All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed into your Raja86 account. If a technical fault or system failure results in a deposit not being credited correctly, please contact the Raja86 support team within 24 hours with proof of the transaction for investigation and resolution.

The minimum withdrawal at Raja86 is RM50 per transaction. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes on regular business days. Withdrawals made on public holidays or weekends may take slightly longer, depending on the payment method selected.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before Raja86 processes your withdrawal in the following situations:

• Your first withdrawal from your Raja86 account.
• Withdrawals that exceed certain limits set by Raja86.
• If there is any suspicious activity or verification required on your account.
• In the event that Raja86 requires identity verification as part of AML compliance.

Documents that may be required for KYC include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), a recent bank or e-wallet statement, and any other supporting documents requested by the Raja86 security team. Raja86 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion as well as the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to minimum rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. The exact rollover requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Raja86's welcome bonus is subject to a rollover of 15x total deposit plus bonus amount, must be completed within the stipulated period 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per member. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.
• Raja86 reserves the right to decline, void, or withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bets placed using bonus balance are generally counted at different rates depending on the game category when meeting rollover requirements. Contribution rate details for each game category are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements that are not completed within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.

Raja86 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing offers will not be affected by such changes unless there are reasonable grounds to do so, such as the detection of widespread fraud.

All bets placed on the Raja86 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members, except in specific circumstances permitted under Raja86's policy (for example, the cash-out feature available for certain markets).
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each market are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. It is your responsibility to review these limits before placing a bet.
• Bets placed using insider or unauthorised information, or involving collusion to manipulate outcomes, will be voided and the accounts involved will be terminated.
• In the event of a technical error or clearly incorrect odds (obvious error) that causes unusually high or low odds to be displayed on the Raja86 platform, the company reserves the right to void the affected bets even after they have been confirmed.
• Bets accepted after an event has started (late bets) may be voided by Raja86 without reason if it is determined that the bet was accepted outside the permitted timeframe.

Raja86 employs a sophisticated automated monitoring system to detect unusual betting patterns. If your account is flagged for suspicious activity, the Raja86 team reserves the right to freeze betting on that account while an investigation is conducted.

Raja86's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of categories, including BWF badminton, Malaysia Super League and EPL football, NBA, MPL Malaysia esports, and much more. The specific rules that apply to Sports Betting at Raja86 are as follows:

• Event Postponement: If a sporting event is postponed and not replayed within 24 hours of its originally scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stake amounts fully refunded.
• Player Withdrawal (Walkover/Retirement): For individual sports such as badminton and tennis, if a player withdraws before the event begins, all bets are voided. If a player retires during the event, the outcome is determined in accordance with Raja86's settlement policy, which varies by sport and by the number of sets or rounds completed.
• Team Events: For team sports such as football and basketball, if an event starts but is not completed, bet outcomes are determined based on the score at the time the event was suspended, subject to the minimum threshold set (for example, at least 90 minutes for football).
• Live Betting: Odds for live betting change in real time. Bets accepted during a 'lock' period ahead of certain critical moments may be voided by the system. This is a standard mechanism to ensure fairness in live betting at Raja86.
• E-Sports: For e-sports bets such as Mobile Legends and DOTA 2, outcomes are determined based on the official results recognized by the relevant tournament organizer, such as MPL Malaysia.

All live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, table games) and video slots at Raja86 use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and accurate outcomes. All game results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of luck alone.

A few specific rules that apply to casino categories at Raja86:

• Internet connection disruptions during a Live Casino session are a risk borne by the member. Should a disconnection occur during an active bet, the game outcome will be determined by the system and is final.

• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the Raja86 system.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Rude, abusive, or threatening behavior directed at Raja86's support team or other members.
• Account inactive for more than 180 consecutive days with no login activity or transactions.

You also have the right to close your Raja86 account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-requested account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting outstanding obligations) will be returned to the registered payment method.

Raja86 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions or failures caused by factors beyond Raja86's control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Any betting decision you make based on inaccurate information from external sources.
• Financial losses arising from your betting activity at Raja86 — betting involves risk, and the decision to place any wager is entirely your own.

Raja86's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Raja86 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice for minor changes. For material changes, Raja86 will notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the Raja86 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
